This really helps keep the bed cool. The only downside is that it’s a bit slippery. The sheets tend to slide off easily. I can deal with that to have the bed cool at night. I have a temperpedic mattress which tends to get hot so this makes a big difference.

Definitely an instant cooling affect. My husband is always hot and now he says it is cool getting into bed. The only thing to keep in mind is it is a bit slippery so if you aren't using cotton sheets then it may be slippery against your sheets. It didn't work with my polyester sheets but when I switched to cotton it was perfect.
