So far they are cute. I was waiting for my other rod extension to put these on for my new shower curtain but never got the rod so I have to wait and do an update about these If they will turn a different color or not so stay tune.

They are plastic, but you can't really tell when they're on the shower rod. As a plus, they won't rust.

Exactly what I was looking for. Needed to replace some heavy metal hooks which fell off one too many times, chipping the enamel finish of my tub. Bought these plastic ones before calling in the tub refinisher! Yes, they're plastic & not going to be as sturdy as the old metal ones but they also won't chip my tub again which is exactly what I want. These are tricky to get on - I was worried that I was going to crack them but I got them on ok - the only problem was that the silver finish on 2 or 3 of them chipped/flaked off when getting them on due to the stress they endure while getting them on but Wayfair made replacement super easy & quick.

Holds and slides well shower curtains without risk of tear.

I should’ve read the reviews before buying because I definitely thought these were metal and they are just shiny plastic that looks like metal. Was worried they would break under the weight of holding up some baskets but they seem fine so far. Although I’ll probably swap out for some metal hooks at some point.

Thought these would be metal, but they're clearly plastic and feel very cheap. Will not be using.
