I was excited to have a touch less soap dispenser, but for some reason, after putting the battery in, the dispenser refused to work properly, nothing would come out. The light would come on when the motion sensor was triggered but it never once put out soap. I changed the batteries with other new ones. Then I thought maybe it was the wrong kind of soap but my other automatic dispensers (other brands) worked fine with my liquid soap.
