Towels are nice and soft. They are a little smaller than I expected but nice quality. Very thick. I did only receive one of the two sets I ordered from them but wayfair customer service made it right. Coming back to edit. I was told I would get a refund for the purple set of towels I ordered with the teal ones. I received like 12 emails saying I would be refunded the full price I paid a few weeks ago from customer service after contacting them. The towels were never refunded and I received them today. Almost a month after ordering. If you're going to ship me the item anyways? How about skip promising me a refund and then shipping the item instead. Our first wayfair order we had no problems at all. Everything was perfect. This second one? Not so much. Really disappointed in how this was handled.
