Hi, On Thursday, 3/21, I received my order #4216726231. After unpacking it and leaving it to fully extend overnight, I noticed a tear in the cover. I have attached photos for your review. Additionally, the mattress is about 3-4 inches shorter than a regular queen-sized mattress. I will provide updates in 48 hours once it's fully extended. I've attached photos. Thank you, Alina
