Love the mattress, the different massage features on the remote, and the adjustable bed! HOWEVER, I've had the bed for about a year now and the USB chargers have suddenly stopped working, and there is a weird dip in the mattress on the edge of the mattress that causes me to often slide off the bed if Im not careful. I like to sleep close to the edge of the bed so its quite annoying having that deep dip there. I noticed it when I bought the bed, but thought it was just from needing to inflate fullty and settle in, but it hasn't improved. I'll be reaching out to see about the warranty, but if you're looking for a really comfortable bed, this is it!

Love it!!! Best sleep ever! My arms don’t get tingly at night anymore and I can get a full nights rest. The massage, is so relaxing and puts me to sleep! Since I’ve received and slept in my bed, my blood pressure has dropped and been normal. Don’t know if it has to do with being able to finally get a good nights rest, but I’ll take it! Easy to assemble, just put the legs on and flip it, open mattress with letter opener provided and let it air out. Simple!!

This bed is awesome. I should have purchased the bed a long time ago. My wife and I both love it. It is so comfortable and easy to sleep on with no aches and pains the next morning.

I ordered this bed for someone else with the thought of ordering one for myself. This bed base was advertised as massage and anti snore it had neither. Its a quality product its just not as advertised.

I was so excited to receive my bed today and unfortunately it was missing the mattress. I called customer support and was told there was no way to send out the mattress that came with this bed (not sure why since there should be an extra one floating around since I didn't get one). So they said they would refund me 175.00 toward my purchase and a 10% coupon. I am extremely upset :( The upside is the customer service rep I spoke to was so nice and understanding even though she couldn't send me out the mattress that I never got. I probably would have purchased a cheaper base if I planned to purchase a separate mattress on my own. Oh well... I'll sleep on the floor for now.

It works great. We needed one for my back. Havent slept on it yet but it does work properly.

The Adjustable is working so far. I had previous problems with the first bed set. I’m hoping this set holds up day by day.
