HORRIBLE PILLOW!!! IT SMELLS!! I WAS GOING TO PUT TWO PILLOW CASES ON IT - HOWEVER, I BELIEVE IT DEFEATS THE COOL GEL YOU SO FABULOUSLY ADVERTISE!!

Way to firm and hard. No cooling gel within the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have historically had a terrible time choosing a pillow. I tend to keep my pillows for way too long once I find something I like. I get bad headaches when I have an uncomfortable pillow. This pillow has been wonderfully surprising. The two different types of support depending which side I use really helps to keep me comfortable all night. I do wish that the stiffer memory foam side was contoured a little but once it warms a little, my head sinks in just fine.

I love that each side has a different support. One side is soft and the other firm. If one night I want a softer pillow, all I have to do is flip it over. With the gel memory foam, it is soft but provides just the right amount of support! Great pillow with great new features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is firm and soft at the same time. If you just go by touch alone, it has a firmer feeling. But once you lay on it, it contours to your head and is the best pillow I've ever slept on. I chose to do a satin cover. I've been through a lot of pillows claiming to be a memory pillow. None of them have been half as nice as this one. As soon as you're up it goes back to the original shape. You can look at the stitching and structure of it, it will last a long time. It is very well made. Don't resist the urge to just rub the pillow. It feels so nice.
