This is a very heavy bed! When it arrives, plan to have a couple people liftmove it as FedEx ground just drops at the door. The bed itself comes assembled except adding the legs and plugging in the cord to the outlet. The remote requires (2) AAA batteries which are also included. Everything works as described, came with the 14 inch mattress in a separate box. It’s rolled up and compressed. The directions indicate that it takes time for the mattress to get to the 14 inches once the plastic is removed.

Overall, the adjustable bed is fantastic! I love all the features! Only thing is that I only received 12” memory foam mattress which is very disappointing since I really looked for a 14” mattress for the adjustable bed. Let’s see how Wayfair handles this issue.

Fast delivery. Boxes on frame and mattress were both torn open and damaged. Set up quick and easy. Would have been much easier with 2 people as frame and mattress are both very heavy. Will get to sleep on it tonight. Was unable to use the q code on paperwork to add the app for the controls, but figured out in the app store and added.
