Wayfair has the worst customer service. I ordered this for my mom for Christmas how embarrassing it’s literally one and a half inches even if you include the white topper it’s not more than 2 inches. All I wanted to do was exchange it for The the bigger size and Wayfair has me messaging the manufacturer, which no doubt it since some other country every couple of days they email me and tell me I have to wash and dry it first and then send them new pictures with a tape measure. They won’t just exchange it for me is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from this place again.

Perfect topper if you want to ‘sink’ into comfort. Have been quite happy soothing to back and knee aches, provides a feeling of luxurious relief.

This mattress topper turned my uncomfortable springy bed to the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Great product

I am impressed with how supportive, yet soft this product is. It came quickly and was easy to handle & install on my bed. Each item was packaged separately within the box (the foam bottom and a quilted top).
