I had issues with remote with tilting. The side of the frame had a whole after a year. I contacted the company and also brought an extended warranty was told the ware and tare it’s not covered. Called again another representative was able to assist with remote to get it working correctly. Several unplugging and plugging for it to work.

This bed base is wonderful. I xan adjust to many positions and massage. I had friend to buy as well.

This was very easy to set up, I was able to do it myself and I am an older lady. I love the pillow tilt on this. The under bed light is nice at night, no more hitting my toes on the bed. I really have only used the massage feature on low, it is a subtle vibration and helps lull me to sleep.

Motor is super quiet. Massage feature is a little disruptive to person next to you but worth it

The bed will sit flat on a regular sized queen bed frame, the motor is surprisingly quiet, and the zero g function is perfect for my aching back and hips. Absolutely would recommend. Great value for the price

This bed is Heavenly. My husband has stopped snoring I am sleeping now. Wow! What a Great 29th Anniversary gift! I am t sharing my new peaceful sleep with all my friends!

Edit: Liked this so much we bought a 2nd one. Great product but second delivery wasn’t good-took over two weeks to receive because it wasn’t shipped for over a week. Very nice item! Sturdy and works great. Very little assembly required and very happy with my decision to buy!
