This dust ruffle is very well made. The top is a heavy weight cotton fabric and is double sewn to the ruffle with a serged seam. I needed 15" and it is very generous. I have not washed it yet to see if it will shrink, but probably will and be perfect. I highly recommend this product. Plus it is made in Georgia; not far from me so it shipped quickly. You will love this!

Looking for bedskirt to coordinate with European squares and small throw pillow fabric I have owned for several years. Ordering on line is risky to get coordinating pieces is hard. This blended beautifully! The quality outstanding, drapes beautifully!
