Got totally destroyed after the first pre-use wash, so basically had to get rid of it. We washed it on gentle cycle and cold water as recommended. It was an impulse buy for the guest room, and is been sitting in its packaging until today. I do not recommend this product and I will be seeking a refund.

It’s really good and so soft because I have a back pain. I really love when I sleep on it when I wake up I don’t wake with the pain on my lower back so they really good and I love the price. How come down and I can buy it
