Ensemble d'édredon en satin de polyester Brona

Have attempted to contact customer service, no such luck. Received product, very disappointed has a horrible RANCID smell. Please advice as to how to return this product or have it picked up.

This comforter looked beautiful in all of the pictures posted by Waterford on various websites; however, IMO it is very different in actuality. The colors look quite pale in the photos, but when I opened the package, I was quite amazed at how dark they were. I would say the predominant color on the comforter is brown, which is not what I expected. Also I was hoping the blue in it would be more prominent but it is overwhelmed by the brown. Also, the small pillow with the pearls and the dust ruffle are what I would say is seafoam green or a pastel teal. I think it would’ve looked much better with a beige dust ruffle because I did not think the color went with the flowers on the comforter. My previous comforter was also by Waterford and held up beautifully for many years. I like this one well enough, and I’ll keep it, but I do think the photo does not show a true representation of the colors. They are much darker than what appears in the photo. The blue pillows on my bed are from my old comforter set and are not included in the price.

The Brona comforter set is gorgeous! Wayfair does a great job with letting you know the delivery status of your order. My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Wayfair makes you glad that you ordered from them.
