Did not receive my the whole bed. The water baffles are missing. I can’t get customer service to answer me.

Received a waterbed that I didn’t order. The correct number was on the box, but the bed inside wasn’t the one I ordered. We had a time putting it together. The box had been opened when we picked it up at the post office. The directions were horrible. We think we have it together correctly, maybe not.

Whoever buys this you will need a pedestal under it to support it, all you will get is the mattress. Picture is deceiving. I had to spend another 700.00 for a pedestal support. But the mattress is nice.

Love it ! So happy to find an American made company still making this style waterbed like my 1990’s style . Exceptional equality made base and padding . High density pillow top is super comfortable . Easy to assemble and fill . Exactly the waterbed style and comfort I was hoping to find again .

Beautiful mattress. We’ve only had it a couple of days but so far so good. It truly is waveless. We had another soft side mattress for over 20 years and this one is much nicer improvement.

The mattress looks great sleeps good although the instructions could have been a little more detailed
