9'' Waveless Shallow Fill Soft-Side Waterbed Mattress

My son says its the most comfortable bed hes ever slept on.

This part of the bed was a struggle to put together. The only instructions we got was for filling and draing of the tubes. It is a multiple step process building the bed with many items, mattress cover with zipper to hold it all in, head & foot foam and 2 side foams for sturdiness?, a liner, a top filler foam (guessing) had to cut it down to get rid of the air pocket, and tada. The bed is super comfortable with a little wave with tubes filled to regular. Nice bed after the struggle!

The instructions were wrong, hard to assemble. Customer service could not help.

This is exactly what it looks like and a perfect description of it. Good price for the mattress as well.

Delivery was quick . However, No Instructions were included . ;( I figured how to put it together because I have always had Soft Sided waterbeds . The "bladder" that comes with this bed is ridiculous ! Its'not one big bladder but 6 or seven cylinders to fill separately (Ugh!) So , you will need 2 people to fill the bed . One to watch the bladder and one to turn the hose on/off over and over again . If your bed is located on the second floor -- this really is challenging . The plastic doohickey on each cylinder where you fill it is flimsy and all of them broke off . I would return this but after unpacking the box , I wouldn't know where to begin to pack it to ship it back to wherever it came from . Very disappointed at wasting over $1000. for a good nights sleep and ending up with this nightmare of a purchase ..
