A hassle! I purchased two of this item because the description says the comforter is wool filled. Instead, I received two comforters with 100 percent polyester fill. The return process was an obstacle course: 1) Wayfair tries to get you to keep the items for a half refund. 2) If you call the help phone number, a customer service agent named John Valentine may try to get you to download executable files on your pc, which security should block. 3) You may, as I did, manage to get a no-cost return label via "problem with this order" if you provide images of the item you received. I won't order from this site again.

A great warm blanket. It took a day lr so to fluff up but is now a great light weight blanket. It does not feel the same weight or texture as down but that may change in time like down alternative pillows
