Well here we go again! Started off with great support only to break down on each side where we sleep leaving a big hump in the middle. I have just crawled out of bed this morning in so much back pain.

Surface is soft but I can feel the support. The only problem is the bottom which is a paper-like cloth (like the material of the recycling bag) which is easy to break.
