This was received damaged ... how do we proceed?

This came damaged but I didn't have to pay for it as I was refunded by Wayfair. The quality was fine. It was damaged by the shipper.

This was exactly what I needed EXCEPT they taped the hardware/instructions to the whiteboard with tape that didn't come away cleanly and has rendered the bottom left area of the board unusable. It would be much better if they had attached the hardware to the back. Then I would've ranked it a 5 star.

I am in sales and have this in my office. I love it!! Keeps me organized but can be closed when clients come in - nothing worse than your customers looking at your sales board. First one arrived damaged but Wayfair was quick to replace it!

Exactly what we needed for our employee conference room. Well made for the money.

Lovely addition to my office conference room

Poorly made. Door falling apart upon receipt. Minimum quarter-in gap between corners from a poor nailing job. Had to take apart and do it myself to make it sturdy. Cheap price = cheap product. Will not order from Wayfair again.

Exactly as pictured. Sturdy and folds nicely.

Great whiteboard. Easy to hang and looks great.

The cabinet works well for our purpose. It did have excess glue residue that made some corners a little white but I applied some Old English and it looks great now!
