I absolutely love this. The tv easily folds up when not in use so it’s basically out of sight too. Easily folds down when we are ready to watch. I wish I had found this tv mount years ago.

Enhance your visual display with the electric flip-down ceiling TV mount from vivo! This heavy-duty motorized large TV mount is the perfect space saver that mounts to ceilings and other surfaces. The motor is controlled with an included RF remote which features programmable memory settings to save your favorite viewing angles. The convenient fold-up design fits flat and pitched surfaces allowing for easy storage, cleared-up space, and out-of-way safety. Features include solid steel construction, 0° to -75° tilt, removable vesa plate for easy mounting, and screen height adjustment. The modern sleek design of the mount fits well into any home or office environment. Assembly is a simple process, and we provide the necessary hardware to get the cleared screen properly mounted. Please note: if your TV is over 50", it's best if the VESA hole patterns are centered so the screen has enough clearance from the ceiling. If the VESA pattern is lower on your screen, we recommend using our extender, mount-ad165.

Features

Fits 32” to 70” TVs- supports screens 32” to 70” in size and 77 lbs in weight with VESA mounting patterns 200x100mm, 200x200mm, 200x400mm, 300x200mm, 300x300mm, 400x200mm, 400x300mm, 400x400mm, or 600x400mm—mounts to both flat and pitched ceilings. Please note: if your TV is over 50", it's best if the VESA holes are centered so the screen has enough clearance from the ceiling.
Remote control - the RF remote features radio frequency and programmable memory settings with height adjustment, 0° to -75° tilt, and +2° to -2° screen levelling for comfortable viewing angles and cleared space. The remote's wide range allows you to use it anywhere in the room.
