The product is very good. Wayfair customer service is AWESOME. The manufacturer was good in answering questions. The only thing to note that is not properly addressed in the their manual is this: If you have a lengthy wall over the fireplace, then you need to build a wall with 2x4 or 2x6 to bring the gap to about 15". However, this also depends on how high you set the back support and the position of the tv on the bracket. This is a wonderful design and their manual should include a cheat sheet to address the installation vertical and horizontal adjustments factors.
