I love this sewing cabinet. I had the Wayfair assembly crew put it together and that was a god send in my opinion as I am in my mid-seventies and not as agile as I use to be. I can highly recommend this unit.. Judy. Bismarck, ND. Thu Aug 13 2026

Absolutely love my Kangaroo and Joey II sewing table. No more rocking when embroidering and I can make it bigger when quilting or smaller when sewing. I can store my machine with an easy push. What is not to love!. Mazie. Elizabeth City, NC. Fri Jul 30 2021

Aussie is perfect when you need space the size of a continent for your sewing needs. Aussie may not be the size of the Australian continent, but it is close! Boasting an amazing 31.5 square feet of sewing space. When fully opened with quilt leaf and rolling caddy extended the assize is 99-1/2” wide by 79-1/4” deep. Don’t let these measurements scare you! When the quilt leaf is folded down and the rolling caddy is tucked under, the assize measures 99-1/4” wide x 22-1/2” deep for easy storage. With so much surface area the assize is ideal for quilting or large sewing projects. The large surface space also means you have plenty of room for multiple sewing machines or servers.

Wallaby sewing cabinet with hydraulic machine lift has a three-position airlift that holds most sewing machines comfortably and moves effortlessly up and down in a small footprint. The lifter platform adjusts easily to all heights of machines for ease of free-arm and flatbed sewing or down into storage inside the cabinet. Your sewing machine will fit nicely on the lift while the space to the left of the cabinet offers room for a serge, a felting machine, or even another sewing machine. Wallaby comes with a quilt leaf on the back of the cabinet that folds up or down and will help to expand your work area, allowing for straighter stitches and preventing large quilts or large pieces of fabric from falling on the floor behind the cabinet.

Watch the assembly videos on YouTube first! It took me with limited assistance from my hubby about four hours to assemble. It also helps to have space to lay everything out and a table to work on (used my sewing room cut table). There is also a video online on how to adjust the lift to suit your machine. Once assembled I’m amazed at the work surface and can’t wait to get projects started on this. After years of sewing on kitchen tables and writing desks, I’m pleased to have an actual purpose built sewing cabinet.. Becky. Seattle, WA. Sat Dec 28 2019
