Shower head is really nice. It’s low flow and feels nice. Rotation is adequate. The quality seems good. Handle is not compatible with the many of the common brands of shower handles valves though, so you’ll have better prepare to replace not just the trim, but the valve as well. We like the overall look and performance of this product. The waterflow is decently good, less splash than my last so I’m happy about that. The installation took us a bit because the connecting tubes were too short to reach properly so it took a bit of adjustment. I really like the faucet, the brushed nickel is great at hiding finger prints, even better than my grohe brushed nickel faucet. However, I was very disappointed with the drain stopper, because this is a vessel sink faucet, but the included drain stopper is not for vessel sink, it is for a regular sink. Their customer support team took over 1 week to get back to me and told me ask for another 65 for a vessel sink drain stopper. So if I have to buy it again, I would just for the faucet. The shower head is a little smaller than I was expecting. But it arrived in good condition. We won’t get it installed for another month. But I am happy with its appearance. Very sleek and modern looking. Update. It’s been installed and looks great. But even after turning the water heater setting to get hotter the water out of this shower head for some reason will not get very hot.
