Heres a detailed review. First off, the wrap on this is absolutely horrendous. After using it once, the white wrap started peeling off, I literally thought it was protective film so I started peeling it off. When I saw how hard it was to remove the film under screws and the top cap of the unit, I realized this was actually a wrap, and is supposed to have a white body not a stainless body. The stainless is super warped looking on the side where I peeled the wrap, instead of good quality steel. so it makes it look cheap. Ill leave the wrap on the side that clients see. It does want to tip forward naturally because of its design. Luckily I store hot stones in it, so its heavy and wont tip forward, but if you just use it for towels, be cautious opening the door. I think it needs more shelving to fit more. i retrofitted and old wire shelf from an old cabby to fit in there for additional storage. I love that it has a timer and can set the tempurature.
