Excellent service , same day response to my issue , the toilet was damaged during shipping . I sent a picture and the toilet was replaced without question . I had a plumber install the toilet , the water supply needed to be re routed . Very nice quality toilet , all the function work great. Quite happy with Wayfair and EPLO .
