The color of the vanity is a lot lighter than the picture on the website. I am sure it will be very nice once it’s put together but the color won’t work for me. Just received the vanity yesterday so it is still in the box and needs to be assembled. Opened the box to check the contents as the box was damaged and wanted to make sure there wasn’t any significant damage to the vanity. You can see in the photos the damaged box, a nick in one of the legs and a little bit of paint missing around a knob hole. The nicked leg will be installed in the back of the vanity near the wall and the knob hole will be covered with the knob. The quality of the vanity is very good and a solid piece.. Jana. I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality, i.e. the materials used and the fit and finish. The sides are made of cabinet grade plywood, not partial board etc. the doors are hardwood shaker style. All parts are well painted. Assembly is a bit fiddly, given the sketchy - no words - instructions. Packaging/packing is very good; damage in shipping would, i think, be highly unlikely. To begin when I first saw my delivered purchase I was very skeptical because the box exterior was beat up pretty badly by the shipper (FED-X). Fortunately upon opening I discovered the 30" bathroom vanity was completely intact and undamaged due to the internal packaging. I chose Wayfair because none of my local builders supply or cabinet shops offered a vanity with any drawers, the Wayfair product did and in fact during assembly I found the drawers could be installed on either side depending on needs (an unexpected perk) thanks Wayfair. Cabinet is everything we wanted. We have our own sink and countertop and looked for months until we found this one. We have the old NYC blue tub, toilet and sink and too costly to take out. We needed a cabinet that the blue sink can fit in. Price is great, quality is excellent (even has easy close doors), was easy to put together and looks elegant in our bathroom. Arrived on time. I cannot say enough about this vanity base. We have bone sink and toilets throughout our house and it has been next to impossible to find anything that matches. To add to it, the powder room is off the kitchen that has antique white color for the cabinets. I was skeptical when the vanity came in a skinny box. Honestly it is brilliant. Not one piece was damaged and it was really easy to put together. The vanity even came with the strips to hide the gap where it meets the wall. I have been searching for this since we moved into our house and finally found it. It truly is antique white. I paired it with a bone vanitysink top and I couldn’t be happier. I went from a pedestal sink to being able to store toilet paper and paper towels to never run out again. For the price this was a steal and the little details on the front make this vanity a perfect addition to my powder room. I would highly recommend this vanity. This is a very nice looking vanity and appears to be made with Lots of hardwood and furniture grade plywood. We selected white and it is a true white and the paint job is superior. The assembly instructions are very clear and are primarily graphic with little text. The one exception is that they need more detail on installing with the cam locks and cam screws. I’m not a fan of this style of fastener and I think they could’ve used a better product. Additionally, the metal used for the cam locks is inferior, and I’ve already broken two of them and I’m only halfway through the assembly process. I prefer the barrel nut and screw bolt fasteners where you can control how tight to make them. I’ve only had two cam nuts seat properly which you can feel as you tighten the nut. Looks nice and will serve my purpose. Putting it together took time, patience and trial and error. 2 pieces were damaged upon delivery but wayfair customer service was excellent and got me ( the face of cabinet) replaced quickly as my contractor was working a deadline. The replacement faceboard still had minor damage but it will be hidden by my countertop. I’m still waiting on my second piece (drawer glide connector) to arrive. The instructions are online only. The back board didn’t slide right into place per the instructions so I had to remove 1 side board to place the backboard first. Highly recommend to do a dry assembly first before screwing into place. The pre drilled holes for the door placement was incorrect and I had to make new holes to allow for the door to be attached.
