This chair is well made, really comfortable, and much more than I was expecting. (You never know what you are going to get when you are ordering online). This was an exceptional purchase and I am thrilled. The leather is a soft ivory (not light brown as advertised) and matched my other furniture perfectly,. The chair swivels and is SOOO comfortable. The open/close mechanism is solid and smooth, and the padding is thick, and feels really supportive in the right places. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. I'm definitely pleasantly surprised by this double seater recliner! It's quality is better than the ones they have most movie theaters I've been to and the charging pad is useful enough to make use of.
