We love the product and its portability feature and would have given a 5 star rating. However, we are giving a lower rating because of quality control and quality assurance issues. I ordered a brown hammock because it better matched our backyard hardscape. We received a black one with red, yellow, and green stripes at the end (photo included). The black hammock received had only 3 jump rings. Without the expected 4th and 5th jump rings, the hammock can’t be adjusted to a lower position for the family members under 5’ tall (photo included). Also, one pair of the short diagonal bars only had two notches instead of the three mentioned on the instructions which impacted the adjustment and alignment of the hammock (photo included). I was definitely under estimating the size of this swingchair. The box is actually quite small but it is very tall. It is very cold so I assembled in the front room to test and I have not put the seat on it yet. The hammock has already become the favorite for my kids while it is inside. I love the easy assembly! It also have brackets for securing it to the ground. There are steel plates for ceiling mounts as well. I am very happy and will have a ton of use in the spring on the patio!!. Daniela. Canton, GA. I wanted to give this five stars. The material feels quality. The straps are nice and give a lot of easy adjustment options. It comes with a carrying case as long as the hammock is wide in case you want to bring it with you car camping. It just wasn’t perfect - the length of the fabric is too uniform and instead of the hammock “cocoon-ing” around me it felt a little more like I was laying on top of the middle of it. Maybe you can tell from my pictures. Maybe you like that style of hammock. I like this one and will definitely continue to enjoy it but couldn’t give it that fifth star.. Brigitte. Atlanta, GA. The hammock is packaged very well and can be stored for quite awhile without damage being done to it. I won't assemble until next Spring but it's definitely very good quality materials.
