These pot holders are so nice with extra heat protection on the outside. I was surprised how nice they are.

The non-slip silicone grippers on the bottom are especially helpful when getting a heavy casserole dish out of the microwave or oven. They also have a hand pocket that lets you use the pot holder as an oven mitt. A clever addition is a short stitched divider inside the mitt that gives you more finger grip. These are ideal for handling something heavy and a few inches tall, such as a casserole dish or pot. However, they are too bulky to give you the dexterity to handle something short, such as a sheet or pizza pan. These would make a great gift item, maybe for a family member, as part of a host/hostess gift, or as part of a bridal shower basket.

I also like using them to put under hot dishes on the table, and they don’t slide around when people get food out of the containers!
