Mercer Cutlery Chef's Knife

Love this knife sooo much. It slices through thing like they’re nothing.

These knives are great, but Wayfair will send it in a box that is too small with a piece of tissue paper as padding. The knife and it's packaging will get damaged as a result.

A very sharp tool with great balance.

My hubby & I have recently enrolled in one of the meal delivery services, & as such, we felt that we needed to purchase a professional knife set. After much research, we decided to go with the Mercer brand, of which Wayfair has an superior selection of their entire line. We have not been disappointed . The blades are amazing, handles well balanced, craftsmanship peerless, & all of the storage bags well thought out & well made. We simply could not be happier with our purchases.

The knife is perfect just what I was looking for. However, even though it was securely packaged in plastic, it was shipped in a box big enough to hold several knives of this size.
