This chef's knife has been a great addition to my kitchen. Shipping was quick, though simply package. I've used it for slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats, and it cuts smoothly with very little effort. The non-slip handle feels comfortable and secure, even during longer meal prep. I also like that it comes with a protective sheath, making it easy and safe to store in a drawer. The knife feels sturdy, well-balanced, and has held its edge well after multiple uses. This chef knife is nice weight and has a nice grip. Haven’t actually used it yet, but it’s similar to other knives I use, so it should be a nice addition. It also has a blade cover if you keep your knives in a drawer.

The chef knife is a good all purpose kitchen knife. Great for chopping, dicing, mincing, or slicing. Works good, non-stick and cleans easily. The cover is good for safety and storage. The grip is good. Handles well and is balanced, nice weight. Does a good job at a good price.

Beautiful black knife that cuts well! Very light but also feels strong and easy to use. Definitely feels more like a ceramic knife. The handle is smooth and made of plastic but it feels dishwasher safe and it was super easy to clean.

I used this knife to slice some veggies for a salad. Was not impressed at all. It is not as sharp as a professional knife. It did do well using the tip of the blade for softer veggies but could hardly slice through a full celery stalk. The handle is nice and the sheath is nice for added protection in a drawer. Definitely not what I was expecting, but for beginners, this may be great until they learn more cutting techniques with sharper knives.
