They sent a round mirror (when I ordered a square one) which was in a damaged box which was re-boxed. I'm waiting on a resolution. Also arrived later than it was supposed to . Ended up sending correct items but both were missing hardware to hang them, our contractor had to improvise. Quality of mirrors is good, love the backlighting!

Love this back lit mirror and so do all my friends when they come to visit! Put it in our casita. Plan to buy more for our main house.

That edge-to-edge glass gives a clean, floating look with no bulky frame showing
I like how evenly the backlight washes the wall and softens any harsh shadows
The anti-fog works fast – no wiping needed after hot showers or steam buildup
