I have only used one of these, but it amply filled the pillow cover. It came in a flat, vacuum-sealed bag, but I put it in the dryer on high for about 15 minutes and it fluffed right up.

Pillows are what I expected. Definitely will serve the purpose for my outdoor Lombard cushion covers. They did fluff up nicely when I followed the directions and put them in the dryer for 10 minutes.
