This soft, subtly textured faux linen shade instantly elevates any room, and the blackout lining fully blocks sunlight. When lowered, our Roman shade fabric lays flat; as you raise the shade, an innovative roller mechanism pulls the shade up in one soft close motion without any cords. This collection is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms. Four-way mounting hardware is included: Inside or outside mount of the window frame, and wall or ceiling mount brackets.

You can mount Roman shades either inside or outside of the window frame. Mounting your shades inside the frame lets you showcase the window’s trim - just keep in mind that you will have a small light gap on each side of the shade (so that the fabric moves smoothly). Mounting your shades on the outside of the frame helps eliminate that light gap when you lower them. A two-inch overlap on each side of the window is recommended for optimum light control and privacy.
