These are not blackout curtains. Followed all instructions to get a refund. Last I heard from their bot is that I need to start another return. Incredibly difficult to get a refund for a mid-advertised product.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They have a very soft sheen to them. The color is a wonderful neutral that works well with all the colors in my new comforter set. They truly are a blockout drape. My room felt so cozy last night.
