Matte wasn't like what we ordered, it was not there. Kept the picture, but not what we ordered

Picture looks beautiful on my wall! Went with the black frame .

Our first piece arrived with very obvious ripples throughout. We decided to try a replacement, and it arrived popped out of the frame and with obvious specks of dust or something between the image and the plexiglass. I give up.

I really liked the painting online. When I received it the painting was cut off on the bottom with the trees and some of the buildings were missing (18x24 canvas). Had it replaced once and still had the same issue. I was very annoyed by this, and didn’t want to replace it again. I really wished the whole painting was showing like it was online.

I wish I had ordered a black frame. We hung the print in the bathroom and it wrinkled slightly on the edges when we had a lot of humidity this past summer. I love the colors on the print!
