Hello everyone! I want to share my story. I ordered an item that was not what I ordered. When trying to get it exchanged, it was past the 30 day return. They reason for my delay. Was being out of country for work and wanted to surprise my family with it. When looking up the item I received it was $150 cheaper than what I actually ordered. I sent proof the item I received was incorrect. They told me to reach out to Allstate to help me with it. They said they can’t do anything with it. I want to say that Wayfair is probably not the best way to go due to incorrect shipping items (just look at all the items reviews) not helping there customers. I would also not recommend there credit card. They send you a paper card and logging in to review your account is a hassle. Have to reset the password every time I login. Please do not use Wayfair. Exactly the color I wanted. I love the texture of the chunky knit and this material has not shown any signs of shedding or pilling. Up close, the acrylic doesn’t have the most high end look but it is cozy.
