Picture absolutely beautiful but it was an open box. There was damage in the upper right corner and a dent in the canvas in the upper left corner. What I was satisfied about is that I received a refund of 25% of what I paid if elected to keep. We decided to keep because when standing back it wasn’t that noticeable. I just believe Wayfair should be more cognizant of open box condition

Its a beautiful picture. We knew we would love it, so we went with the “open box” option. Unfortunately, the frame came damaged, but when I reached out, I was immediately offered a replacement frame free of charge. Great customer service. Love it!
