White Chippendale mirror came packaged extremely well. Unfortunately there were still a few scratches to the mirror itself, but minor. The mirror is good quality too, no fun house type reflection. It is well constructed, the rattan wraps appear tight and secured. There is a sturdy metal hanging wire attached. The paint job is good to very good; there are a few spots where you can barely see the natural colored rattan thru the lightly painted section, but not too highly noticeable. I like the style!

The mirror is beautiful but unfortunately when it arrived, it was shattered. Called customer service who was wonderful and set me up for a replacement. Sadly, when the replacement arrive, it was broken again. I sent it back for a refund and will be looking for a new mirror.
