Burbank Solid Colour Linen Reversible Throw Pillow

I really love the fabric of these pillows and even came back to buy a 2nd one since the kids were fighting over who could use it.

Really bad experience. Ordered 5 20” pillows in cream. Didn’t even receive this item. Instead, received pillows made by a different company, in “tofu”. Very disappointing, especially considering this is a “Wayfair Verified” product. Was guided thru customer service online to text with a customer service rep. Rep said Wayfair would do refund, and provided return address label. Since the possibility of an exchange for the correct item wasn’t even mentioned, seems like Wayfair ran out of the cream 20” Burbank square pillows and, instead of informing me of this, instead substituted a pillow made by a different company, hoping I wouldn’t notice the difference. Really poor treatment of customer.

Lovely pillows! Great quality and true to photos. The fabric is sturdy, smooth and soft. The color is rich and true photos. I like the way the zipper is very hidden and blends in. I love pillows that have the same fabric on both sides, and with this one, the sides are indistinguishable from each other. They arrived slightly wrinkled, but a quick tumble on low heat and they were perfect. I would buy these in any color, as they all look great. Well worth the cost for these lovely pillows. Make sure to note that this is only the cover. Get your own insert pillow.
