I am sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with this purchase. The packaging was damaged, the directions very unclear and the hardware was bent and did not fit. At first I was told there was no need to send it back, but then I was told for a full refund I needed to pack it up and send it back. I was offered a 20% refund and then a 30% refund "for my trouble." It felt like I was being haggled. I sent pictures of everything as requested.
