I am absolutely appalled by both the quality of this product and the way Wayfair handled the situation. First, the drywall anchors provided for installation were completely inadequate, forcing us to go out and purchase our own hardware just to properly hang the mirror. Shortly after installation, we discovered that part of the mirror’s frame was visibly bent (see photos). Now we are stuck in an incredibly frustrating situation. We have six large holes in our wall from the installation which was complicated enough, the mirror is damaged, and the exact size and color we purchased are now out of stock. When I contacted Wayfair for help, their response was essentially, “Too bad.” We were given two unacceptable options: return the mirror and receive absolutely no assistance with the damage to our walls now, with no replacement available, or keep a damaged mirror and be stuck with a defective product. How is this an acceptable way to treat a customer? We purchased a product in good faith, dealt with faulty installation hardware, discovered damage to the mirror itself, and are now expected to absorb the inconvenience, expense, and consequences of a problem that was not our fault. What makes this even worse is that Wayfair has shown absolutely no willingness to find a reasonable solution or take responsibility for the situation their product and policies have created. A company that values its customers should be willing to work toward a fair resolution, not leave them choosing between a damaged product and additional costs and damage to their home. I am beyond disappointed. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Wayfair. I will not be purchasing from Wayfair again, and I strongly encourage other buyers to think twice before ordering. Buyer beware: the risk is not just receiving a defective product, but also discovering how little support you may receive when something goes wrong!!!! A genuinely terrible customer experience from start to finish.

This mirror was advertised as being a beautiful aged brass (at least in the color selection we made) but in fact is an awful goldish brown color. The ornate decorations on the corners do not blend seamlessly into the frame. Instead, they look like they were slapped on to a scalloped edge mirror. I was quite disappointed, especially since this was a “Wayfair verified” mirror. I will be returning. Wayfair, please do better. I understand having attractive pictures to make your customers want to purchase the item. But do not display or allow sellers to display pictures that are misleading.

Beautiful mirror for my entry hallway. It’s decorative and also large enough to serve as a full length mirror. The frame is a dark bronzegold and very pretty.

LOVE this mirror! Exactly what I envisioned for this wall above this console table. Looks perfect.

The mirror is great, but the screws that came with the hardware to hang it were too short. The mirror would have fallen off the wall!
