For the price I would expect them to be perfect. I would typically send back for an exchange but my son really wanted his pictures up so I will just deal with it.

Very happy with the frame. It was packed very well. I liked that it came with hanging hardware so I could get it hung fast.

The frame arrived exactly as described and was packaged so well it would have taken a good deal of abuse in order to damage it. It is so nice doing business with a company that places such a high priority on packaging!
