I called customer service to understand the terms "hand embellished" and "glass coat option". I was told the hand embellished would show brushstrokes and what is described as a glass coat is actually a way to improve the depth of print and would not reflect light (i.e., museum glass). Unfortunately, neither of these statements are true. The glass coat looks like the print is wrapped in saran wrap and is extremely reflective. I have no idea about the hand embellished statement as the art is completely covered by this "saran like" finish and if there is some embellishment - it cannot be detected.
