Elle Youngstrom was born in San Diego, CA. Elle is self taught and while she does not have any formal training, her grandfather was a great influence in her artistic career. Watercolor is her first love, but she also works with other textures and mediums. Elle utilizes her art creation as a way to express and communicate her feelings. Anything from a walk in the park to Sunday brunch with friends to trips to a local gallery all bring her inspiration on a daily basis. She often finds inspiration on her daily hikes or while travelling abroad.
