Cheap! Terrible product, as most of their junk is. Every item I ordered is not what I expected. Poor quality, not color expected, misleading product descriptions, even worse, their customer service. They make it impossible to return anything and clearly do not do what they say they will. Worst experience on an order over 1k, totally incompetent robots, script readers, can't think outside the box, they serve no purpose whatsoever. I bought a sofa they were supposed to cancel before it shipped, then I was told they would catch it in transit, none of these things happened. Then it gets here in a beat up box which they took away and now won't allow a return when I don't have the box. Unbelievable! If they had simply done what they were supposed to do none of this would be necessary.

This pillow I use in a dining room chair as the walls are lavender gray and chair is gray. Perfect size for lumbar support.

It's ok, kind of smaller than I expected. Pretty but nothing over the top special.
