What a beautiful piece. It’s a stick on. So you have to peel the back of the decorations and place it directly to your wall. It was easy to install. I like it. I do wish it had other design though. It’s a very strong adhesive.

This decal is perfect for the office. Gaze out the window during a break or a free moment during the day and escape to the crystal clear waters, even if only for a moment! You should definitely have a helper when installing due to the large size. If the walls are textured there will be a lot of air bubbles so be prepared for that.

This wall mural beach scene is perfect for my flamingo bedroom closet. I got the left half up by myself (I’m 69) but it took all day because I had to keep repositioning it. But first I had to cut the mural into two equal halves which was pretty easy if you can cut a straight line with a razor knife. The pictures show where the left side comes right to the edge of the first door at the middle. The next day I had a friend help just hold it from the bottom until I got the edge at the center lined up correctly, then I could peel it off from the back and top. Don’t be afraid of bubbles, smooth it down a few inches, like your whole hand’s length, and if you’re getting too many bubbles just pull it back off a few inches and reattach it smoothing it down. It might take you a few times but you’ll get it. I also used a flat edged plastic tool for smoothing. When you’re satisfied with the placement, you can take a razor knife and poke 1 or a few holes in the bubble to let the air behind it escape and use your tool to force the trapped air out, pushing the air bubble from all directions until it lays flat and don’t be afraid to use the sharp edge to poke the holes, they won’t show at all once it’s flat. This was a learning experience, but I’m happy I don’t have to look at those old, heavy closet doors anymore. It fits in perfect in my flamingo, beach bedroom.
