I was so disappointed. The styrofoam used in the shipping put five indentations on all four corners on the front of the canvas. The wood on the back used to stabilize it also put two creases right down the middle from top to bottom. It's so cumbersome to do returns with Wayfair. I have a steamer. I'm hoping with a light steam the indentations and creases will dissipate.
