This mirror was so cracked that pieces of glass scattered from the closed package before the box was even opened. Upon opening the top 1/4 of the box a portion of the mirror appeared cracked beyond recognition. I appreciated the gracious manner of the representatives I spoke with (as well as the full refund) but am very disappointed with the company policy that does not provide for safe pick up of such a bulky and damaged item. I was informed that FedEx will not pick up and return such a dangerously broken item which I fully understand. However, I must now hire someone to take the item to the junkyard as it's too big and unsafe to be put in my waste container and Marin Sanitary will not pick up a shattered mirror. I am very disappointed.
