Aileen Fitzgerald " Intertwined " by Aileen Fitzgerald Painting Print

The item on the website is different than in person. The canvas on the website has distinct "wrinkled" texture. Which is what attracted my to the art work. Once I received it and reviewed it in person, there is no wrinkled effect. I called Four Hands Studio, the manufacturer, and they said the wrinkled effect was part of the painting. As in, it is painted to have that effect. Even so, the painting I received did not have a "painted" wrinkled effect. Other then that, it's beautiful. I will be ordering the same item after this one has been returned. I'm hoping it was just a one time defect.
