This canvas sags terribly. Customer service has not responded to my requests about replacing it either. In all honesty, if you think it looks bad or not so bad in the photo, you would have to see it in person to truly understand why this is unacceptable and why I feel like I have a rag hanging rather than a print. The design is great, the quality of the print received and customer service on this product is not.
